For the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, we created an educational platform to support the NetCastPL-4.0 project under a European Union grant. Our goal was to design a space for the exchange of knowledge and teaching materials between students and course instructors. The platform, based on CMS WordPress, combines modern design with functionality tailored to the needs of remote education.

Customer’s task
AGH reported the need for a scalable learning platform to share teaching materials, provide information on the current status of the project, and publish updates on workshops and courses.
A key requirement was easy content administration and the ability to set up accounts with different levels of authorization, providing flexibility in user management.

Work plan
We started the project with a Product Discovery workshop, during which we developed a detailed structure of information and data exchange paths between users.
On this basis, functional mock-ups were created, which became the basis for designing graphic layouts. We divided the work into stages: needs analysis, design, development and functional tests to ensure smooth implementation of the platform.
