MPPK Group is a company dedicated to building the future of healthy pet nutrition. It specializes in the distribution of premium dog and cat foods. Its portfolio includes recognizable brands such as Rural Homestead, Mr. Meat, Alpha Spirit and Primal Spirit. The company focuses on high quality, natural, grain-free and hypoallergenic ingredients, developing sales both in Poland and in foreign markets.
Workshop needs diagnosis
At the beginning of the project, we held a Product Discovery workshop, which provided an in-depth understanding of MPPK Group’s corporate and communications goals and the needs of its key audiences – both business partners and end pet guardians.
Thanks to the workshop, we were able to clarify key personae and determine what information about MPPK’s values, competencies and individual brands users are looking for, and in what order it should be presented.
The result of the discovery stage was the creation of a shared vision for a corporate website that presents a portfolio of brands and supports the building of trust, business partnerships and communication around the philosophy of healthy animal nutrition.
