Napollo Holding is a Polish property development group operating in the residential and commercial real estate market. It carries out investments in the largest cities in Poland, focusing on modern designs, high quality workmanship and attractive locations.
As part of our cooperation, we have developed a website for a new residential development – the Salvia Housing Estate in Warsaw’s Białołęka district.

Task
Napollo Holdings, implementing a new investment project called Osiedle Salvia in Warsaw, needed a website that would present the apartment offer in an attractive and modern way.
The main challenges included:
the need to present up-to-date information about flats and their prices,
integration with the Deweloper System CRM system to avoid manually entering changes in availability or promotional prices in multiple places simultaneously,
implementation of an interactive 3D search engine, making it easier for users to familiarise themselves with the offer and select an apartment of interest,
ensuring that the website complies with legal requirements regarding the publication of prices and their history,
creating convenient contact forms for customers, which are sent directly to CRM, assigning enquiries to relevant offers,
supporting marketing activities by quickly launching a pre-sale landing page in the initial stage of the project.
The aim of the project was to deliver an intuitive, visually appealing and functional website that would increase the effectiveness of lead generation and distinguish Napollo’s investment from the competition, as well as meet the latest legal requirements.
Work plan
We began work on the project with workshops with the Napollo team, during which we took into account both sales needs and the salespeople’s experience in dealing with customers. Together, we identified the key purchasing personas and determined which website features would have the greatest impact on the effectiveness of flat sales.
The first stage was to prepare a pre-sale landing page, which allowed us to quickly launch marketing activities and collect initial enquiries from potential customers.
Next, we proceeded to develop a comprehensive website, including:
UX and UI design tailored to the specifics of the property development industry,
proprietary integration with Deweloper System CRM (real-time updates of photos, prices, booking statuses and apartment price history),
implementation of an interactive 3D map of the housing estate and a 3D search engine, enabling users to intuitively browse the offer
implementation of analytical tools (GTM, GA4, Hotjar) and privacy policy compliance modules (CookieYes with Google Consent Mode v2).
Thanks to this approach, the process ran smoothly and the client had full control over every stage of implementation. The result is a modern and functional website that supports the sale of flats in the Salvia Housing Estate, distinguishes the Napollo investment from the competition and streamlines the work of salespeople, who receive real-time information about new enquiries in CRM.
Course of implementation
The complete design process. Step by step.

Discovery
Workshop understanding of user needs and their journey
At the beginning of the project, we organised Product Discovery workshops, which allowed us to better understand Napollo’s sales goals and the needs of potential flat buyers. Thanks to these workshops, we were able to refine the key buyer personas and determine what information users are looking for and in what order it should be presented.
The discovery stage resulted in the creation of a shared vision for the website, which not only presents the investment offer, but also supports the sales process and communication with customers.
At this stage, the following were created:
mock-ups of the pre-sale website, allowing for a quick start to marketing activities before the full website is launched
analysis of sales needs and sales representatives' experience in working with customers
target groups (families, young couples, investment clients) and their decision-making process
UX Design
Clear presentation of the offer and convenient filtering of flats
Based on the conclusions from the workshops, we proceeded to design the UX and UI for the Salvia Housing Estate website. The priority was to create a solution that would enable users to quickly access key information about the investment and intuitively select flats tailored to their needs.
At this stage, we have prepared:
sitemap and navigation scheme with a clear division into sections: Apartments, About the development, Gallery, Location and area
presentation of property listings with advanced filtering and a 3D search engine
mock-ups of key views in desktop and mobile versions, including sales elements (e.g. CTAs, contact forms, promotion sections)
After completing the UX stage, we moved on to designing the visual layer of the Salvia Housing Estate website. Our goal was to create an interface that would not only be aesthetic and modern, but above all, would make it easier for users to quickly compare flats and make purchasing decisions.
The outcomes of this stage are:
A consistent and elegant design in line with Napollo's visual identity, emphasising the prestige of the investment.
intuitive presentation of flats – from a list to a detailed view with a full property card
highlighting interactive elements such as a map and 3D search engine
DEV
Easy-to-use platform integrated with CRM
During the development stage, we opted for WordPress, expanded with proprietary integration with the Deweloper System CRM system. As a result, the client received a website that is easy to use and guarantees that the offer is fully up to date in real time.
The implementation included:
automatic updating of prices, booking statuses and price history for flats without the need to manually enter changes
full integration of photo galleries and visualisations of investments with CRM
optymalizację strony pod kątem szybkości działania na desktopie i urządzeniach mobilnych
Final results
Good positioning and high website reach
Over 2k unique visits in the first 45 days since the website was published
High conversion from organic traffic sources
Organic queries account for nearly 20% of sessions, and these users spent more time on the site than those coming from Paid Search.
Always up-to-date sales offer
Thanks to integration with CRM, users always have up-to-date information about prices, flat statuses and price history, which supports their decision-making process.
Modern and attractive appearance
The website has been given a fresh, transparent design that sets the investment apart from the competition and better highlights its strengths.
